Here I sit on the eve of the theatrical premiere of my 1st feature I directed….and I’m trying to figure out why I’m not nervous or a bit freaked out or even super excited?? Perhaps I’m not thinking that much about it…life has been so busy for the last 3 years making this film and living life…there always just seems to be something related to the film that needs taking care of or something I don’t want to miss! This week it’s be pushing out the message about the screenings on networks both traditional and social to try and fill the theaters for the premieres in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver & Ottawa.

And the film is going to be on the TV too! CBC’s documentary channel has picked it up for the next three years with a first appearance happening November 21st 2011 (check your local listings for times). This includes the internet rights too…so I will link to that when its avail. I am also very happy to announce our partnership with Montreal-based Filmoption International who will be representing the film internationally as our distributor.
